Accessibility Statement

Acquatica S.p.A. is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004.

This Accessibility Statement applies to www.rubinetteria.com

Compliance status

Partially conformant.

This website is partially compliant with the requirements specified in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard due to the cases of non-compliance listed below.

Non-accessible Content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons of non-compliance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004:

C.9.1.1.1         Some non-text content presented to the user does not have a text alternative that serves the equivalent purpose.

C.9.1.3.1         Some information, structure, and relationships are conveyed only visually and are not available programmatically or through text alternatives.

C.9.1.3.2         Some sections (product pages, checkout) present a correct sequence of content, while others (homepage, complex layouts) do not preserve a logical order.

C.9.1.3.3         Some instructions and indications rely primarily on visual characteristics such as colour, position or shape, without textual or semantic alternatives.

C.9.1.3.5         There are fields requiring personal data that do not use, or use incorrectly, the autocomplete attribute.

C.9.1.4.1         In certain cases, colour alone has been used to identify a purpose or to distinguish information or a function.

C.9.1.4.3         The visual presentation of text and images of text does not always have the required minimum contrast ratio, except in cases exempted by the standards (e.g. logotypes).

C.9.1.4.4         Text cannot always be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality: in certain cases, elements overlap or become difficult to use.

C.9.1.4.5         In certain cases, images containing text are used to convey information, without equivalent textual alternatives being available.

C.9.1.4.10       Not all content reflows correctly when the page is resized: in some cases horizontal and vertical scrolling is required, or information and functionality are lost.

C.9.2.1.1          Not all functionality is fully operable via keyboard.

C.9.2.1.2         In certain sections, it is not always ensured that keyboard focus can be moved to and removed from all components.

C.9.2.4.1          There is no mechanism for skipping blocks of content that are repeated across multiple web pages.

C.9.2.4.3         The order in which links and buttons receive keyboard focus does not always correspond to the logical order of the page.

C.9.2.4.4         Not all links have a clearly identifiable purpose: some link texts are generic (such as “click here”, “learn more”) and lack sufficient programmatic context.

C.9.2.4.6         Headings are not always used consistently and descriptively to organise content, and in some forms the labels of fields or buttons are unclear or are replaced by simple placeholders.

C.9.2.4.7         The focus indicator is almost never visible when navigating via keyboard: links, buttons, or form fields do not clearly show the active element.

C.9.2.5.3         Some buttons, links, or icons do not have a label that is consistent with the visible text.

C.9.3.3.2         In certain cases, labels or instructions are not provided when the content requires input actions from the user.

C.9.3.3.1         When input errors occur in forms, fields are not always accompanied by a clear textual description of the error. In some cases fields are highlighted only visually (e.g. with a red border) without providing additional explanations.

C.9.3.3.3         When input errors are made in forms, useful suggestions for correcting them are not always provided (for example, indications of the correct format of a field or the required content).

C.9.3.3.4         In sections involving transactions (such as checkout), complete error prevention mechanisms are not always provided and some actions are not always reversible.

C.9.4.1.1         Some parts of the site’s HTML code do not fully comply with the syntax rules of markup languages, which may interfere with the correct functioning of screen readers and assistive technologies.

C.9.4.1.2         Not all user interface components (forms, buttons, links, and interactive scripts) correctly expose name, role, state, and values to assistive technologies.

C.9.4.1.3         In some cases, status messages are not presented to the user in a way that assistive technologies can interpret them.
